JSA
(of days gone by)
Before DC Comics published their "Crisis on Infinite Earths" storyline in the mid-eighties, The Justice Society of America had a membership including Superman and his cousin Powergirl, Wonder Woman, Batman, his sidekick Robin and his daughter, the Huntress. The Star-Spangled Kid also joined the JSA, having been associated for many years with the Law's Legionnaires (also called the Seven Soldiers of Victory).
After the Crisis, these member's "history" with the JSA was pretty much ignored, but during the course of forty-some years, the "Big Three" of DC (Superman, Batman, & Wonder Woman) were solidly known to be members of the JSA, with the others mentioned above joining in the 60's and 70's.
The micro-hero drawings below are presented in the order in which they joined the Society and the members whose names appear in red were the founding members.
